Key Account Executive
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers based on the assigned segment
- Build a professional relationship and network with new and existing customers to expand the business by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Conduct company research to develop a potential business for customers
4.Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the service process to run smoothly as well as resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular sales progress daily, weekly, and monthly
6.Proactively establish and maintain effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments
- Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly
8.Implement working instructions related to business processes according to customer needs
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Major
2.Having 2 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development
- Good Communication skills & ability to communicate in English (Both Spoken and Written)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented
- Multi-tasking
